Dr Fabien Murisier

Biologist, PhD.

Dr Fabien Murisier graduated from the faculty of Biology at the University of Lausanne in 2002 and obtained a PhD in Science in 2006 (Dr F. Beermann, ISREC). He then completed a postdoctoral fellowship of one year in the Human Genetics Unit in Edinburgh (Medical Research Council, Professor Ian Jackson). His research has focused on the genetics of embryonic development and stem cells from the neural crest. In October 2007, he was hired as a biologist in the Laboratory of Reproductive Biology of the CPMA. By July 2010 he was appointed Information Technology manager of the LBR.

Dr Fabien Murisier is the author of several articles in international scientific journals.
